- Junior Service Delivery Manager Wil jij de verbindende schakel zijn tussen klanten, IT-teams en dienstverlening? Als Junior Service Delivery Manager bij SLTN ondersteun je bij het bewaken, verbeteren en coördineren van onze managed services. Je ontwikkelt jezelf tot hét operationele aanspreekpunt voor klanten en groeit stap voor stap door naar een zelfstandige Service Delivery Manager rol. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, engineers, Service Managers en accountteams en rapporteert aan de Manager Service Management. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse aansturing van IT-dienstverlening en help je ervoor te zorgen dat afspraken, processen en servicelevels worden nagekomen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne teams en klanten om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast bouw je kennis op van contractmanagement, klantrelaties en service governance binnen complexe IT-omgevingen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit o.a.: - Ondersteunen bij de levering van IT-diensten conform afgesproken SLA's en contractuele afspraken. - Monitoren van klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit van de dienstverlening. - Opstellen, beheren en presenteren van Service Level Rapportages (SLR's). - Voorbereiden, voorzitten en notuleren van operationele service-overleggen (OSO's). - Signaleren en opvolgen van incidenten, wijzigingen, risico's en escalaties. - Onderhouden van SLA's, PDC's, DAP's, DFA's en overige klantdocumentatie. - Monitoren van kosten, urenbesteding en contractafspraken en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen. - Ondersteunen bij serviceverbeterplannen en Continual Service Improvement trajecten. - Afstemmen met Service Delivery Managers, Service Managers, engineers, Competence Centers, accountmanagers en leveranciers. - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van dienstverlening en klantrelaties.
