Bij een specialist in industriële IT en automatisering in Breda werk je als Junior Software Engineer Besturingstechniek aan de verbinding tussen productieprocessen en industriële data. De organisatie gebruikt standaardproducten en bewezen technologieën voor toepassingen in onder meer automotive, waterbehandeling, voedingsmiddelen en farmacie. Je richt je op software die procesgegevens toegankelijk maakt en helpt om installaties beter te bewaken en productieprocessen inzichtelijk te maken. In de dagelijkse praktijk verdiep je je in besturingslogica, visualisatie en de gegevensuitwisseling tussen installaties en bovenliggende systemen. Je werkt samen met collega-engineers, bespreekt technische keuzes en leert hoe je software stapsgewijs test en documenteert. Vanuit een juniorrol bouw je zo kennis op van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-toepassingen en industriële IT. Daarbij leer je niet alleen naar functionaliteit te kijken, maar ook naar betrouwbaarheid, beveiliging en onderhoudbaarheid. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en aanpassen van software voor industriële besturingen - Meewerken aan HMI- en SCADA-visualisaties voor procesbewaking - Helpen bij het koppelen, structureren en opslaan van industriële procesgegevens - Testen van softwarefuncties en analyseren van afwijkingen in besturing en datacommunicatie - Vastleggen van softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes - Afstemmen met collega-engineers over functionele eisen en technische oplossingen Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering en besturingstechnische principes - Affiniteit met HMI, SCADA en industriële dataverwerking - Interesse in industriële netwerken en communicatieprotocollen zoals OPC UA - Een zorgvuldige aanpak bij programmeren, testen en documenteren - Bereidheid om vragen te stellen, samen te werken en nieuwe technologieën te leren Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen.
