Als Junior Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering in Botlek werk je aan software die machines en industriële processen aanstuurt. Bij een organisatie binnen de industriële automatisering vertaal je functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke besturingslogica. Je richt je op PLC-programmering, HMI-bediening en het testen van signalen, sequenties en vergrendelingen. Daarbij leer je hoe je software niet alleen werkend, maar ook begrijpelijk en onderhoudbaar opbouwt. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, documenteren en technisch overleg. Je stemt af met ervaren software engineers en elektrotechnische collega's over de werking van installaties en de aansluiting tussen hardware en software. Stap voor stap ontwikkel je je in foutzoeken, industriële communicatie en het voorbereiden van inbedrijfstellingen. Zo bouw je een stevige basis op in besturingstechniek, met aandacht voor veilige bediening en betrouwbare procesvoering. Functie-inhoud - PLC-programma's opbouwen en aanpassen onder begeleiding van ervaren engineers - HMI-schermen uitwerken voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmmeldingen - Software testen op sequenties, vergrendelingen en correcte signaalverwerking - Storingen analyseren met behulp van I/O-statussen en programmadiagnose - Ondersteunen bij het testen en in bedrijf stellen van besturingen - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo-4- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering vanuit opleiding, stage of eigen projecten - Interesse in HMI, SCADA en industriële communicatienetwerken - Basisvaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema's en I/O-lijsten - Een nauwkeurige werkwijze bij programmeren, testen en documenteren - Bereidheid om vragen te stellen, feedback toe te passen en samen te werken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100 en € 3.700 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Prak.
