The posting

Als junior software engineer industriële automatisering in Den Helder werk je bij een technische organisatie aan de besturing van machines en industriële processen. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en helpt bij het inrichten van HMI-schermen. Daarbij leer je hoe sensoren, aandrijvingen en besturingslogica samenwerken om een installatie veilig en betrouwbaar te laten functioneren. Je begint met afgebakende programmeer- en testwerkzaamheden en bouwt je technische zelfstandigheid stap voor stap op. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je besturingsvraagstukken met ervaren engineers en stem je software af op de elektrotechnische uitvoering. Je test wijzigingen, onderzoekt storingen en legt oplossingen helder vast. Zo verdiep je je in PLC-programmering, industriële communicatie en het gestructureerd opleveren van besturingssoftware. Functie-inhoud - Programmeren en aanpassen van PLC-functies onder begeleiding van ervaren engineers - Opbouwen van HMI-schermen voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmmeldingen - Testen van besturingslogica aan de hand van functionele beschrijvingen - Controleren van I/O-signalen en ondersteunen bij het in bedrijf stellen - Analyseren van softwarestoringen en controleren van aangebrachte wijzigingen - Documenteren van software, testresultaten en technische keuzes Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding op mbo-4- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld opgedaan tijdens studie, stage of een eigen project - Interesse in ontwikkelomgevingen zoals Siemens TIA Portal, CODESYS of Beckhoff TwinCAT - Basisbegrip van sensoren, actuatoren en elektrische schema’s - Nauwkeurige werkwijze bij programmeren, testen en documenteren - Bereidheid om vragen te stellen, feedback toe te passen en samen technische problemen op te lossen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100 en € 3.700 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Pra.
