The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Gorinchem ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor industriële installaties en machines. Als junior software engineer vertaal je functionele beschrijvingen naar PLC-programma’s en SCADA- of HMI-visualisaties, onder begeleiding van een lead engineer. Je werkt aan projecten in onder meer machinebouw, maritiem en Food & Feed. Omdat de organisatie merkonafhankelijk werkt, maak je kennis met verschillende besturingsplatformen en leer je hoe software en machinegedrag op elkaar aansluiten. In de dagelijkse praktijk programmeer je, test je software aan de machine en ondersteun je de inbedrijfstelling. Je stemt af met ervaren engineers en klanten en legt technische keuzes vast. Voor je ontwikkeling kun je starten met een opleidingsprogramma van twee tot drie maanden. Daar oefen je met procesinstallaties, magazijnautomatisering en robots, leer je ontwerpen volgens ISA-88 en werk je met een jobcoach aan je communicatievaardigheden. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van een FDS naar PLC-software onder begeleiding van een lead engineer - Ontwikkelen van SCADA- en HMI-visualisaties voor machines en procesinstallaties - Testen van besturingssoftware aan de machine en analyseren van afwijkend gedrag - Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstellingen van machines en besturingen in binnen- en buitenland - Opstellen en bijhouden van gebruikershandleidingen, planningen en rapportages - Afstemmen van softwarewerking en technische keuzes met collega’s en klanten Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische hbo-opleiding afgerond of hbo-werk- en denkniveau door relevante werkervaring - Je achtergrond ligt bijvoorbeeld in elektrotechniek, mechatronica, automatiseringstechniek of IT - Ervaring vanuit school of werk met Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley, B&R of Beckhoff is een pre - Je wilt je verder ontwikkelen in PLC-programmering en industriële automatisering - Je communiceert helder met klanten en collega’s in het Nederlands en Engels Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100 e.
