Bij een technische organisatie in Veenendaal zet je als Junior Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering je eerste stappen in het ontwikkelen van machine- en procesbesturingen. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke software voor PLC- en HMI-systemen. Daarbij leer je hoe sensoren, aandrijvingen en bedieningsschermen samenwerken en hoe je besturingen logisch, betrouwbaar en onderhoudbaar opbouwt. Je combineert programmeren met het begrijpen van de installatie waarvoor je software schrijft. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je aan kleine softwareonderdelen, test je wijzigingen en onderzoek je storingen samen met ervaren engineers. Je stemt af met collega's uit de elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw, zodat software en hardware goed op elkaar aansluiten. Door code te bespreken, testresultaten vast te leggen en mee te kijken bij inbedrijfstelling, ontwikkel je stap voor stap je kennis van industriële automatisering. Functie-inhoud - PLC-software schrijven en aanpassen onder begeleiding van ervaren engineers - HMI-schermen opbouwen voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmmeldingen - I/O-signalen controleren en de werking van sensoren en actuatoren testen - Softwarewijzigingen testen aan de hand van functionele specificaties - Ondersteunen bij storingsanalyse en het in bedrijf stellen van besturingen - Programmacode, testresultaten en technische wijzigingen documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo-4- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van programmeren, opgedaan tijdens je opleiding, stage of eigen projecten - Interesse in PLC- en HMI-techniek; kennismaking met Siemens TIA Portal of een vergelijkbaar platform is een plus - Basisinzicht in elektrische schema's, sensoren en aandrijvingen - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze en de bereidheid om vragen te stellen en feedback toe te passen - Je kunt technische keuzes helder bespreken en werkt graag samen met andere disciplines Aanbod - Bruto.
