Bij ons staan onze software developers centraal. Al onze Java- en Front-end Developers zijn bij ons in dienst. Samen kijken we continu naar mooie opdrachten die passen bij hun ambities, talenten en ontwikkeling. Als Junior Staffing Consultant IT speel jij een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van die perfecte match tussen developer en opdrachtgever.

In deze rol bouw je aan duurzame relaties met onze medewerkers en opdrachtgevers en help je onze developers bij het vinden van opdrachten die passen bij hun carrière, persoonlijke ambities en technische ontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen? Dagelijks ontvangen wij aanvragen van diverse opdrachtgevers. Jij analyseert deze aanvragen en beoordeelt welke het beste aansluiten bij de ontwikkelaars die bij ons in dienst zijn.
