Hier werk je met moderne machines, krijg je begeleiding van ervaren monteurs en krijg je veel ruimte om te groeien. FunctieomschrijvingAls Junior Storingsmonteur ondersteun je het technische team bij het draaiende houden van de productielijnen. Je ontwikkelt je stap voor stap in het oplossen van storingen, het uitvoeren van onderhoud en het meedenken in technische verbeteringen. Je wordt gekoppeld aan ervaren collega’s die jou inwerken, begeleiden en laten groeien. Met jouw leergierige instelling maak je in korte tijd grote stappen. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen. - Leren van ervaren monteurs en meekijken bij complexere technische werkzaamheden. - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties. - Vastleggen van storingen en werkzaamheden in het systeem (SAP PM). - Meedenken over verbeteringen en bijdragen aan technische optimalisaties.

Functie eisenWe zoeken iemand die zijn of haar carrière écht wil opbouwen binnen de techniek. Niet per se met jaren ervaring, maar wel met de juiste instelling. Wat breng je mee? - MBO 3/4 werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur technisch). - Passie voor techniek - je wilt begrijpen hoe dingen werken. - Leergierig en gedreven om jezelf te ontwikkelen. - Proactieve houding - je wacht niet af maar pakt zelf dingen op. - Hands-on mentaliteit - je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. - Niet te stil/introvert - je durft vragen te stellen en hulp te vragen. - Stevig in je schoenen staan - je kunt omgaan met een dynamische omgeving. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook goed samenwerken met collega's. - Geen mopperkont - je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
