Als junior strategisch inkoper Foodservice & Vers ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen categorieën en leveranciers. Je onderhandelt, contracteert en verbetert, met een team om je heen dat je helpt groeien. Een plek met een steile leercurve, waar jouw resultaat direct zichtbaar is in onze winkels en horeca. dit ga je doen Inkoop bij HEMA is volop in beweging. We hebben onze inkoopstrategie aangescherpt en richten de afdeling opnieuw in, met clusters per productgroep en een Center of Excellence. Inkooptaken die nu nog deels bij categorie management liggen, komen samen bij inkoop. Binnen het food-cluster word jij verantwoordelijk voor Foodservice & Vers. Je vertaalt de inkoopstrategie naar concrete onderhandelingsstrategieën voor jouw categorieën en voert sourcing, onderhandelingen en contractering zelfstandig uit. Je stuurt op een scherpe kostprijs (COGS) via datagedreven onderhandelingen en goede samenwerking met leveranciers. Je beheert een eigen leveranciersportfolio en monitort prestaties op kwaliteit, kosten, beschikbaarheid, speed to market, innovatie en duurzaamheid. Juist bij vers zijn leveringszekerheid en kwaliteit cruciaal. Je zorgt dat ESG-beleid en compliance onderdeel zijn van je keuzes en rapporteert over leveranciersprestaties en kostenontwikkeling. Je werkt volgens de integrale Categorie Management 2.0-aanpak, samen met categorie management, het Center of Excellence en de senior strategisch inkoper.
