Wil jij leren plannen met impact op de hele keten? In deze rol zorg je voor overzicht, structuur en grip op de supply chain. Je werkt met data, schakelt met collega’s en ziet direct resultaat van jouw keuzes. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Supply Chain Planner ondersteun je onze opdrachtgever in de regio Weert bij het plannen en afstemmen van goederenstromen. Je helpt bij het opstellen en bewaken van planningen en zorgt dat vraag en aanbod goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij houd je rekening met levertijden, voorraadniveaus en capaciteit. Je werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals inkoop, productie en logistiek. Door continu te monitoren signaleer je afwijkingen en denk je mee over oplossingen. Je leert hoe planning invloed heeft op kosten, servicegraad en leverbetrouwbaarheid binnen de supply chain. Naast dagelijkse planningstaken krijg je ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen. Je ondersteunt bij optimalisatie van processen, systemen en rapportages. Zo groei je stap voor stap in je rol als Junior Supply Chain Planner en ontwikkel je een brede basis binnen supply chain planning. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en bijhouden van supply chain planningen; - Monitoren van voorraadniveaus en signaleren van knelpunten; - Afstemmen met inkoop, logistiek en operations over planning en voortgang; - Analyseren van planningsdata en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen; - Meewerken aan supply chain en planningsoptimalisatieprojecten. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in supply chain management, logistiek of (technische) bedrijfskunde; - Interesse in planning, data en supply chain processen; - Een analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken; - Communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding; - Ervaring met Excel en affiniteit met plannings- en ERP-systemen.
