Junior-teamassistent bij het notariaat Amsterdam 40 uur Voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een energieke Junior Team Assistant Notariaat. Heb jij al enige ervaring in een ondersteunende functie en wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen het notariaat? Dan is dit jouw kans om het verschil te maken in een professioneel én gezellig team. Als junior teamassistent binnen onze expertise Groep Bedrijfsrecht/Fusies en Overnames & Notariaat Je ondersteunt (kandidaat-)notarissen en paralegals bij diverse werkzaamheden op het gebied van het ondernemingsrecht. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, leert van ervaren professionals en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat maakt jouw functie afwisselend en leerzaam! Jouw rol als Junior Teamassistent Notariaat: - het opstellen en verzorgen van (interne en externe) correspondentie in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels; - het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande post; - het raadplegen van registers zoals het BRP, het Curateleregister en het Faillissementsregister, en het opvragen van statuten of uittreksels bij de KvK - jij verdiept je graag in de details; - het opstellen van akten ter ondertekening, inclusief het doorvoeren van wijzigingen bij de Kamer van Koophandel en het UBO-register, het bijwerken van aandeelhoudersregisters en het verzenden van documenten naar cliënten; - het verzamelen van informatie voor klantidentificatie volgens de KYC-regelgeving; jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt; - contact onderhouden met cliënten en externe instanties zoals de Kamer van Koophandel en rechtbanken; het opstellen van declaraties; - het aanmaken, bijhouden en archiveren van dossiers - overzichtelijk en altijd terug te vinden. - een afgeronde MBO4- of HBO-opleiding in de richting secretariaat of officemanagement; - 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een ondersteunende functie in de zakelijke dienstverlening; - leergierig, flexibel, zeer nauwkeurig ...
