The posting

Onze klant in de omgeving van Rumst is een grote internationale speler in de verssector. Zij zorgen ervoor dat voeding in de schappen van bekende supermarkten ligt.

Binnen hun warehouse worden dagelijks enorme volumes in bulk gelost en geladen. Als (Junior) Teamlead Magazijn speel je een cruciale rol in het hart van deze operatie, waar je samen met vijf collega-teamleads de regie voert over een diverse groep van ongeveer 40 magazijniers. Je werkt in een vast tweeploegenstelsel (6u-14u/14u-22u), wat je de kans geeft om je privéleven optimaal te plannen: de ene week heb je alle namiddagen vrij, de andere week begin je je dag rustig zonder wekker.

Functie

  • In deze rol neem je de volledige operationele aansturing van de magazijnmedewerkers en uitzendkrachten voor jouw rekening.
  • Je stelt wekelijks een sluitende personeelsplanning op, waarbij je anticipeert op de bekende piekmomenten in de aanvoer van verse producten.
  • Het bewaken van de werkprestaties doe je door het nauwgezet opvolgen van het tijdsregistratiesysteem en het voeren van constructieve evaluatiegesprekken met je teamleden.
  • Jouw dag draait om een intensieve samenwerking met het uitzendkantoor, zodat je op elk moment over voldoende mankracht beschikt om de inkomende bulkstromen te verwerken.
  • Je ziet er streng op toe dat alle werkzaamheden in de verschillende temperatuurzones (variërend van 2°C tot 14°C) veilig en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verlopen.
  • Als eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw shift fungeer je als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele problemen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt al ervaring als leidinggevende binnen de logistiek of distributie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan goed overweg met digitale tools.
  • Flexibel naar shiften en weekends.
  • Je bent een echte people manager die houdt van structuur en van actie.
