Als Junior Uitvoerder Bouw zorg je ervoor dat bouwprojecten soepel verlopen en dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je krijgt volop kansen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf te ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig uitvoerder. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Uitvoerder Bouw ben je voor onze opdrachtgever betrokken bij de dagelijkse uitvoering van uitdagende bouwprojecten in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je ondersteunt de hoofduitvoerder bij het aansturen van vakmensen en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats. Hierbij houd je de bouwplanning, kwaliteit en veiligheid goed in de gaten. Je controleert of werkzaamheden volgens de bouwtekeningen en gemaakte afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Ook signaleer je knelpunten en denk je mee over praktische oplossingen om het bouwproces soepel te laten verlopen. Geen werkdag is hetzelfde, want je schakelt regelmatig tussen de bouwplaats en de projectorganisatie. Je woont bouwvergaderingen bij, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat materialen en materieel op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast leer je hoe je de kosten, kwaliteit en deadlines van een bouwproject onder controle houdt. Je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren uitvoerders en steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig werkzaamheden te coördineren. Zo bouw je stap voor stap aan je carrière en ontwikkel je jezelf tot een volwaardig uitvoerder in de bouw.
