Junior Uitvoerder Renovatie Solliciteer nu 40 - uur per week Tussen €3.500 en €4.750 Per maand Beschrijving Gebruik je expertise voor impactvolle projecten! Als Junior Uitvoerder Renovatie ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat het project volgens planning, binnen budget en met de juiste kwaliteit wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, onderaannemers, leveranciers en natuurlijk je eigen ploeg. Omdat de projecten zich afspelen in bewoond vastgoed, heb je ook regelmatig contact met bewoners en gebruikers. Communicatie en betrokkenheid zijn daarom net zo belangrijk als technische kennis. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Dagelijkse aansturing van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform de geldende VCA-richtlijnen; - Communiceren met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen; - Bestellen van materialen en materieel en zorgen dat alles op tijd beschikbaar is; - Signaleren van knelpunten en deze proactief oplossen of escaleren naar de projectleider; - Administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het bijhouden van rapportages, dagstaten en voortgangsverslagen.
