Onze opdrachtgever is momenteel op zoek naar een (junior) werkvoorbereider die bereid is de fijne kneepjes van het vak te leren en door te groeien naar de rol van Werkvoorbereider. Binnen deze positie zul je een integrale rol spelen in de werkvoorbereiding voor planmatig onderhoud en verduurzamingsprojecten. Het betreft uitdagende renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten, voornamelijk voor woningcorporaties. Enkele taken die je te wachten staan: - Ondersteuning bieden bij het opstellen van het projectplan, de werkbegroting, werkinstructies, kwaliteitsregistraties en planningen; - Samen met de werkvoorbereider toezicht houden op meer- en minderwerk, kosten, kwaliteit en de tevredenheid van bewoners en opdrachtgevers; - Onderhouden van communicatie met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, opzichters, leveranciers en partners met betrekking tot planningen, wijzigingen en inkoop; - Bewaken van de projectvoortgang en nauw samenwerken met het team om projecten succesvol af te ronden, in samenwerking met de Projectleider en de Uitvoerder. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je wil je ontwikkelen naar Werkvoorbereider; - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent leergierig, communicatief vaardig en pro actief.
