Wil jij je ontwikkelen binnen de werkvoorbereiding en bijdragen aan renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten? In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om het vak in de praktijk te leren en stap voor stap door te groeien naar een zelfstandige rol binnen het projectteam. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op kantoor en op de bouwplaats. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding, organisatietalent en oog voor detail kunnen projecten soepel en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Als junior werkvoorbereider ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding en organisatie van renovatieprojecten, met een sterke focus op verduurzaming. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en planning van projecten. - Controleren en verwerken van bouwtekeningen en bestekken. - Aanvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes. - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Ondersteunen bij de inkoop en materiaalvoorziening. - Meewerken aan projectplanningen en projectadministratie. - Signaleren van knelpunten binnen het project. - Meedenken over praktische en haalbare oplossingen. - Zorgen voor een goede verbinding tussen de werkvoorbereiding en de uitvoering. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Wij zoeken iemand die graag wil leren en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de bouw. Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring als werkvoorbereider te hebben; motivatie en interesse in het vak zijn belangrijker. Daarnaast beschik je over: - MBO- of HBO werk- en denkniveau.
