Groei als junior Wmo-consulent in 's-Hertogenbosch, doe volop praktijkervaring op en ontwikkel je tot een zelfstandig consulent. Wat ga je doen? Wat heeft een inwoner nodig om verder te kunnen? Als junior consulent Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo) onderzoek je die vraag. Je gaat met inwoners in gesprek over ambulante begeleiding en dagbesteding en brengt hun situatie in kaart. Binnen team Toegang Wmo Begeleiding en Dagbesteding leer je het vak door het te doen. Van je eerste keukentafelgesprek tot het opstellen van een beschikking: je doet veel praktijkervaring op en pakt steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig op. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je onderzoekt meldingen en aanvragen voor begeleiding en dagbesteding. - Je voert keukentafelgesprekken en brengt ondersteuningsvragen in kaart. - Je analyseert hulpvragen en schrijft duidelijke rapportages. - Je stelt beschikkingen op voor de ondersteuning van inwoners. - Je handelt meldingen en aanvragen administratief af. - Je leert wet- en regelgeving, werkprocessen en systemen toepassen. Je werkt 36 uur per week. Je start op 1 november 2026 en werkt tot uiterlijk 31 oktober 2027. Wie ben jij? Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de verhalen van inwoners en wilt begrijpen wat zij nodig hebben. Je communiceert duidelijk, luistert aandachtig en vraagt door. Met jouw analytisch vermogen breng je overzicht in de informatie en kom je tot de kern van de hulpvraag.
