KIG logo short liggend mix 3000 - Arnhem - 8 uur - HBO - € 4.520,- / € 6.422,- per maand Secretaris / Juridisch Adviseur Regionale Geschillencommissie Voor Gemeente Arnhem zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Secretaris / Juridisch Adviseur voor de Regionale Geschillencommissie. In deze rol ondersteun en adviseer je de commissie bij de behandeling van personele geschillen. Je analyseert dossiers, geeft arbeidsrechtelijk advies, neemt deel aan zittingen en werkt de behandelde zaken uit in heldere conceptadviezen. De opdracht loopt van 1 november 2026 tot en met 31 december 2026 . De inzet is maximaal 8 uur per week , met een indicatieve inzet van circa 12 tot 20 uur per zitting , inclusief voorbereiding en uitwerking. Er staan drie zittingen gepland. Wat ga je doen? Als secretaris/juridisch adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke en juridische voorbereiding van personele geschillen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Analyseren en inhoudelijk voorbereiden van dossiers. - Geven van arbeidsrechtelijk advies aan de commissie. - Deelnemen aan zittingen van de Regionale Geschillencommissie. - Opstellen van heldere en goed onderbouwde conceptadviezen . - Zorgvuldig verwerken van de uitkomsten van de zittingen. - Afstemmen met betrokken partijen wanneer dat nodig is voor een goede behandeling van het geschil. Je werkt zelfstandig en bent verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige voorbereiding, professionele inbreng tijdens de zitting en een correcte uitwerking van de behandelde zaken. Jouw positie binnen de organisatie Je ondersteunt de Regionale Geschillencommissie bij personele geschillen. Vanuit jouw juridische expertise adviseer je de commissie over arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en zorg je ervoor dat dossiers inhoudelijk goed zijn voorbereid. De w...
