- Juridisch Adviseur (Business Control) Trots op jouw werk Wil jij samen met collega's werken aan complexe maatschappelijke opgaven in een groeiende gemeente? In deze rol adviseer je over juridische en bestuurlijke vraagstukken, bewaak je kaders en denk je mee over passende oplossingen. Is deze functie binnen de afdeling Business Control iets voor jou? Zaanstad biedt de complexiteit van een grote gemeente, maar is overzichtelijk genoeg om echt invloed te hebben. Samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines werk je aan vraagstukken die vragen om een scherpe juridische blik en een goede afweging van belangen. Zo maak je zichtbaar verschil met jouw adviezen. Wat ga je doen? Als strategisch juridisch adviseur adviseer je management, organisatie en waar nodig het bestuur over complexe en strategische vraagstukken. Je beoordeelt voorstellen en besluitvormingsdocumenten en toetst of doelen, programma's en projecten passen binnen de juridische kaders. Thema's waarmee je bijvoorbeeld te maken krijgt zijn onderwijshuisvesting, digitaliseringsopgaven, cybersecurity, huisvestingsopgaven en organisatieontwikkeling. Je zorgt dat besluiten bijdragen aan de ambities en doelstellingen van Zaanstad voor 2030 en 2040. Je hebt te maken met verschillende stakeholders en belangen. De uitdaging is om deze zorgvuldig af te wegen en te vertalen naar adviezen die ook op de lange termijn waarde toevoegen. Verder: - toets je voorstellen aan juridische en bestuurlijke kaders; - vervul je een strategische meedenk- en tegenwicht functie naar het management; - draag je ook bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de afdeling en de samenwerking met andere afdelingen; - geef je advies bij de uitwerking van (nieuwe) voorstellen.
