Functieomschrijving De Juridisch Adviseur Grondzaken is verantwoordelijk voor de juridische borging van grondaankopen en het vestigen en beheren van zakelijke rechten ten behoeve van realisatie en instandhouding van het energienet. Werkt zelfstandig binnen projecten, behandelt complexe juridische vraagstukken en weegt juridische, technische en maatschappelijke belangen integraal af. Levert contractuele regie: voorbereiding, onderhandeling en afwikkeling van koop- en zakelijke rechtsovereenkomsten en bewaakt de juridische kwaliteit en toepasbaarheid van contracten binnen projecten. Voert juridisch feitenonderzoek uit (kadasteronderzoek, analyse van eigendomssituaties, toetsing van bestaande rechten en verjaringsclaims) en vertaalt uitkomsten naar handelingsopties en projectadviezen. Onderhandelt en onderhoudt contacten met grondeigenaren, gemeenten, aannemers en rentmeesterkantoren en fungeert als sparringpartner voor projectteams en interne stakeholders. Signaleert proactief juridische risico's en (landelijke) ontwikkelingen, initieert procesverbeteringen en draagt bij aan kennisdeling en implementatie van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving. Vereist profiel - Afgeronde juridische opleiding (wo/hbo), bij voorkeur met specialisatie in privaatrecht, vastgoed- of grondzaken. - Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring met grondzaken, vastgoedrecht of juridische advisering binnen infrastructurele projecten; ervaring in de energiesector is een pré. - Aantoonbare ervaring met kadasteronderzoek, opstellen en beoordelen van koopovereenkomsten en zakelijke rechten; sterk in juridische feitenanalyse en vertaling naar praktische oplossingen. - Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement; kan juridische argumentatie combineren met gevoel voor relatie en draagvlak. - Zelfstandig, proactief en nauwkeurig; ervaring met dossierregie en het aansturen of beoordelen van externe rentmeesters is gewenst. - Vaardig in het ini...
