Als Planjurist / Juridisch Adviseur Omgevingsrecht adviseer je over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken die spelen rondom ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen. Je werkt op het snijvlak van recht, beleid en bestuur en helpt collega's en bestuurders om tot zorgvuldige en juridisch houdbare besluiten te komen. Daarbij houd je oog voor zowel de regelgeving als de praktische uitvoerbaarheid van plannen. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? - Je bent een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van omgevingsrecht en adviseert hierover collega's en bestuur - Juridisch begeleiden van bezwaar-, beroep- en handhavingstrajecten - Je stelt juridische adviezen en andere formele documenten op en beoordeelt bestaande stukken op inhoud en juridische juistheid - Juridisch bijdragen aan ruimtelijke plannen, omgevingsplannen en procedures rondom initiatieven in de fysieke leefomgeving - Analyseren van juridische ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar praktische oplossingen voor de organisatie - Afgeronde hbo bachelor opleiding - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als planjurist/ juridisch adviseur - Recente werkervaring bij een gemeente/ gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
