Het juridische niveau binnen het team op peil houden. En met jouw expertise ons MT en andere collega's adviseren over juridische vraagstukken. Deze combinatie maakt jouw functie van juridisch adviseur bij de rechtbank Den Haag afwisselend én uitdagend. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om te doen wat jij nodig vindt om het team vooruit te brengen. Als juridisch adviseur in team Toezicht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van de meest complexe zaken en het ondersteunen van de rechters tijdens de zaakvoorbereiding. Je stelt conceptuitspraken op en levert daarmee een belangrijke bijdrage aan de besluitvorming. Daarnaast adviseer je je collega's over juridische vraagstukken van een zeer complexe aard, waarbij jouw diepgaande kennis en inzicht van groot belang zijn. Je bent op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen binnen het rechtsgebied en houdt deze scherp in de gaten. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat je collega's tijdig op de hoogte worden gesteld van de laatste ontwikkelingen. Je neemt actief deel aan (landelijke) overleggen, waar je jouw kennis en ervaring deelt om bij te dragen aan de discussies en besluitvorming. Als juridisch adviseur ben je niet alleen een bron van kennis, maar ook een actieve kennisdrager. Je deelt je expertise op een creatieve en effectieve manier, zodat deze op de juiste manier bij je collega's terechtkomt. Bovendien speel je een belangrijke rol in het opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers, zodat zij snel kunnen meegroeien in het team. Voor jouw collega's ben je een vraagbaak, waarbij je hen ondersteunt en adviseert met jouw deskundigheid.
