Over de functie Als juridisch adviseur VTH ondersteun je BOA's, werk je aan verbeteracties en DPIA's, leid je projecten zoals CityControl en behandel je Woo-verzoeken. Je stelt jaarverslagen en uitvoeringsprogramma's op, ondersteunt bij kwaliteitsverbetering en bent betrokken bij toezicht- en handhavingstrajecten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partijen en levert juridische ondersteuning binnen handhavingsprocedures. Wat je gaat doen - Uitwerken van verbeteracties uit de externe audit Wet Politiegegevens (WPG) - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van DPIA's voor processen binnen Toezicht & Handhaving - Projectleiding en coördinatie van CityControl - Plannen en afhandelen van controles herplant - Deelnemen aan interne en externe overlegstructuren - Opstellen van het jaarverslag VTH (deel I en II) - Opstellen van het Uitvoeringsprogramma VTH - Behandelen van Woo-verzoeken - Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsverbetering en implementatie van Kwaliteitscriteria 3.0 - Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden rondom permanente bewoning - Beheer van contracten (o.a. aanbestedingstraject permanente bewoning) - Behandelen van klachten en meldingen - Uitvoeren van toezicht- en handhavingstrajecten - Opstellen van handhavingsbrieven en beschikkingen - Juridische ondersteuning bieden binnen handhavingsprocedures - Opstellen van beleidsregels, nota's en werkinstructies Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen toezicht en handhaving bij een gemeentelijke organisatie - Aantoonbare werkervaring met Woo-verzoeken, WPG, WKPB, VTH-processen, Kwaliteitscriteria 3.0 - Aantoonbare werkervaring met bestuurlijk gevoel...
