Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als Juridisch Adviseur Wet open overheid (Woo) ! Wat ga je doen? Als Juridisch Adviseur Woo behandel je verzoeken op grond van de Wet open overheid. Je voert juridische toetsing uit, stelt besluiten op en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige afweging tussen openbaarheid en bescherming van belangen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van transparante besluitvorming. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Beoordelen en behandelen van Woo-verzoeken van burgers, journalisten en organisaties; - Juridisch toetsen van documenten en informatie op grond van de Woo; - Opstellen van (concept)besluiten over openbaarmaking of weigering van informatie; - Afwegen van belangen zoals privacy, veiligheid en bedrijfsgevoelige informatie; - Adviseren van collega's over toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving, inclusief relevante jurisprudentie; - Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan verbeteringen van werkprocessen; - Actief volgen van ontwikkelingen rondom de Woo en deze vertalen naar de praktijk. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Rechten; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met de Woo of de voormalige Wet openbaarheid van bestuur (Wob); - Goede kennis van het bestuursrecht is een pré; - Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden; - Nauwkeurige en zorgvuldige werkhouding; - Proactieve en samenwerkingsgerichte instelling.
