Beuningen, Gelderland Juridisch Medewerker Kwalitetszorg WMO & Jeugd Functie omschrijving Functie Als juridisch medewerker kwaliteitszorg lever jij een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit, rechtmatigheid en zorgvuldigheid van de uitvoering binnen het sociaal domein. Focusgebieden Wettelijk kader: De nadruk ligt op de Jeugdwet en de Wmo. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Toetsen dossiers: Je toetst dossiers op inhoud, rechtmatigheid en zorgvuldigheid. - Adviseren: Je adviseert collega's bij complexe juridische en inhoudelijke vraagstukken. - Signaleren: Je signaleert risico's en verbeterpunten. - Procesverbetering: Je draagt bij aan het borgen en verbeteren van werkprocessen en werkwijzen. Functie eisen (1) en -wensen (•) Eisen: - Aantoonbare afgeronde sociaal juridische dienstverlening, rechten, social work en/of direct vergelijkbare opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de Jeugdwet en/of Wmo - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een juridische en/of kwaliteitszorgfunctie binnen het sociaal domein - Aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke en/of vergelijkbare overheidsorganisatie - Uiterlijk beschikbaar per 12 oktober 2026 voor gemiddeld 28 uur per week gedurende de gehele opdracht, inclusief eventuele verlengingen Wensen: - Aantoonbaar bereid om werkzaamheden volledig op kantoor uit te voeren - Aantoonbare werkervaring in een senior juridische en/of kwaliteitszorgfunctie binnen het sociaal domein - Aantoonbare werkervaring met toetsen van dossiers op rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid én zorgvuldigheid - Aantoonbare werkervaring met adviseren van consulenten, beleidsadviseurs en/of collega's bij complexe én inhoudelijke juridische vraagstukken - Aantoonbare werkervaring met vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar werkprocessen en/of instructies - Aantoonbare werkervaring met bezwaar- en beroepprocedures, audits en/of vergelijkbare juridische toetsingsmomenten - Aantoonbare werkerv...
