Jouw werkzaamheden: Behandelen van juridische vraagstukken rondom parkeren en parkeerbeleid Adviseren over vergunningverlening, handhaving en juridische procedures Opstellen van besluiten, verweerschriften en zienswijzen Begeleiden van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie bij hoorzittingen en rechtbanken Onderzoeken van parkeren op eigen terrein (POET) en interpretatie van regelgeving Opstellen van juridische adviezen voor management en collega's Fungeren als vraagbaak voor interne en externe stakeholders Samenwerken met beleidsadviseurs, juristen en andere specialisten Bijdragen aan procesverbetering en professionalisering van het team Jij regelt - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Rechten - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het juridische werkveld - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures - Ervaring met het opstellen van verweerschriften, besluiten en zienswijzen - Ervaring met het vertegenwoordigen bij hoorzittingen - Kennis van en ervaring met parkeerbeleid en relevante jurisprudentie - Ervaring met parkeren op eigen terrein (POET) - Pré's: - Kennis van de Omgevingswet - Ervaring met procesoptimalisa...
