Als General Counsel bij Sodexo Nederland ben je de strategische partner van de directie en de business en combineer je scherpe juridische analyses met een commerciële blik om de ambitieuze doelstellingen van de organisatie te ondersteunen. Functie-omschrijving In de rol van General Counsel draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor alle juridische en compliance-gerelateerde vraagstukken binnen Sodexo Nederland. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en de Legal Counsel CoEU en fungeert als sleutelfiguur tussen het Nederlandse executive team en de internationale organisatie. Je stuurt een klein juridisch team aan en bouwt mee aan verantwoorde, duurzame groei. Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden als General Counsel: - Team & Afdeling: Je rekruteert, motiveert en stuurt een legal counsel aan, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang. - Commerciële Contracten: Je onderhandelt, stelt op en beoordeelt complexe commerciële contracten en projectdocumentatie, waarbij je risico's afweegt tegen zakelijke kansen. - Compliance & Governance: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor corporate governance, ondersteunt ethiek- en compliance vraagstukken en coördineert de jaarlijkse vaststelling van de jaarrekeningen. - Privacy & Data Protection: Je vervult de rol van Data Protection Officer (DPO) voor de Nederlandse entiteiten en bent verantwoordelijk voor incidentenregisters, PIA's/DPIA's en privacytraining. - Juridisch Advies & Geschillen: Je adviseert de directie en afdelingen proactief over wet- en regelgeving, beheert pre-litige en geschillen en onderhoudt de ...
