Wij zoeken een vriendelijke, betrouwbare en zorgvuldige collega die plezier heeft in administratief en secretarieel werk. Je communiceert prettig, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneren.

Ervaring met secretariële werkzaamheden is welkom, maar ervaring binnen de advocatuur is niet noodzakelijk. Je houding, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bereidheid om mee te denken vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.

Je bent 16 tot 24 uur per week beschikbaar, in ieder geval op woensdag en vrijdag. De overige werkdagen bepalen we in overleg.

Voor ons advocatenkantoor aan de singel, aan de rand van de historische binnenstad van Utrecht, zoeken wij een nieuwe collega voor ons secretariaat.

Samen met een ervaren secretaresse en een flexibel team van werkstudenten ondersteun je onze 13 advocaten bij de dagelijkse organisatie van het kantoor. Je werkt in een informele, betrokken omgeving waar we op elkaar kunnen rekenen.

Wat ga je doen? Je verwerkt binnenkomende e-mails, beantwoordt de telefoon, plant afspraken en zittingen in en ontvangt cliënten en andere bezoekers. Daarnaast maak je dossiers aan, verzorg je administratieve werkzaamheden en archiveer je dossiers.

Je zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat alles goed georganiseerd is. Daarbij waarderen we een proactieve houding: je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, neemt initiatief en helpt collega's waar nodig.
