Over DM DM Advocaten is een full-service advocatenkantoor in Den Haag. Wij hebben advocaten, belastingadviseurs en mediators op vrijwel elk rechtsgebied. Daarnaast zijn wij een sociaal en gezellig kantoor. Binnen en buiten kantoor worden sociale activiteiten geïnitieerd en ieders deur staat altijd open. Wij zijn op zoek naar mensen, die passen in onze cultuur, waarbij naast het leveren van prestaties ook jouw persoonlijke kwaliteiten een grote rol spelen. Wij vinden het belangrijk, dat onze mensen doen wat hen motiveert. Alleen dan zullen zij in staat zijn om het beste uit zichzelf te halen en het beste resultaat te bereiken. Wat ga jij doen? In de functie van assistent ben je betrokken bij alle voorkomende werkzaamheden op het secretariaat. Als assistent ondersteun jij een aantal advocaten en zorg je ervoor, dat zij hun functie zo goed mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren. Kortom: je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je komt hiernaast in een team terecht van ervaren assistenten die altijd even kunnen meekijken of bijspringen. We helpen elkaar waar nodig. Je dag bestaat uit een mix van onderstaande werkzaamheden: - Termijnbewaking - Agendabeheer - Post- en e-mailverwerking - Telefoonbehandeling - Zelfstandig opstellen, verwerken en uitwerken van documenten - Aanmaken van dossiers - Dossier- en cliëntenbeheer - Archivering - Voorkomende ondersteunende en organisatorische werkzaamheden Wat verwachten wij van jou? - HBO werk-/denkniveau - Vloeiend in Nederlands en een goede beheersing van Engels in taal en geschrift is een vereiste - Bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als juridisc...
