Als Juridisch SecretaresseVastgoed versterk je een groot advocaten- en notariskantoor in Den Haag. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 4.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - 28 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Een laptop en iPhone van de zaak; - Volledige reiskostenvergoeding, zowel met het openbaar vervoer als de auto; - Een pensioenregeling die goed geregeld is; - Toegang tot werk-gerelateerde trainingen, cursussen en sociale activiteiten. Wat ga je doen als Juridisch Secretaresse Vastgoed - Volledige dossierbeheer verzorgen binnen de vastgoedsectie; - Termijnbewaking bijhouden en bewaken voor twee advocaten-partners; - Complex agendabeheer uitvoeren en vergaderingen organiseren; - Inkomende en uitgaande post verwerken; - Corresponderen met cliënten, rechterlijke instanties en andere betrokken partijen. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Juridisch Secretaresse Vastgoed - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in juridische of secretariële richting; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen de advocatuur, bij voorkeur met kennis van onroerend goed; - Beschikbaarheid van 4 tot 5 dagen per week; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Over de organisatie Het kantoor in Den Haag telt ruim honderd medewerkers en werkt binnen meerdere rechtsgebieden, waaronder vastgoed, contractenrecht en juridische advisering. Ondanks de flinke omvang heeft het kantoor een open en persoonlijke werkcultuur weten te bewaren waar collega's oprecht trots op zijn.
