Als Jurist Omgevingsrecht binnen Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH) speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van zorgvuldige besluitvorming en een juridisch sterke uitvoering van wet- en regelgeving. In deze functie ben jij dé juridische sparringpartner binnen het VTH-domein. Je zorgt ervoor dat handhavingsprocessen zorgvuldig verlopen, besluiten juridisch stevig onderbouwd zijn en de organisatie kan rekenen op heldere en praktische adviezen. Daarbij beweeg je je op het snijvlak van recht, bestuur en maatschappelijke belangen. Je houdt je bezig met uiteenlopende vraagstukken binnen onder andere: - Omgevingsrecht; - Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH); - Bestuursrechtelijke handhaving; - Huisvestingswet en aanverwante wet- en regelgeving; - Juridische advisering binnen complexe ruimtelijke en bestuurlijke vraagstukken. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en beoordelen van juridische stukken, zoals vooraankondigingen, zienswijzen, lasten onder dwangsom, lasten onder bestuursdwang en bestuurlijke boetebesluiten; - Juridisch adviseren over vraagstukken binnen het omgevingsrecht en handhavingstrajecten; - Begeleiden en behandelen van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures; - Vertegenwoordigen en verdedigen van besluiten binnen juridische procedures; - Afstemmen met toezichthouders, vergunningverleners, juristen, bestuurders en andere interne en externe stakeholders; - Signaleren van juridische risico's en kansen binnen dossiers en processen; - Vertalen van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en jurisprudentie naar praktisch toepasbaar advies; - Bijdragen aan projecten, overleggen en de verdere ontwikkeling van de juridische vakgroep.
