Als Jurist Burenrecht bij Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand (SAR) help jij klanten om juridische geschillen op een praktische en duurzame manier op te lossen. Je combineert jouw kennis van vastgoed - specifiek burenrecht - met persoonlijke aandacht, zodat klanten weer vooruit kunnen. Binnen het themateam Wonen & Leven werk je in een gespecialiseerd team dat zich volledig richt op burenrecht. Je behandelt uiteenlopende dossiers, zoals geschillen over erfgrenzen, overlast, beplanting, bouw- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en andere burenconflicten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag met je delen. Zo krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen tot specialist binnen het burenrecht en draag je dagelijks bij aan oplossingen die écht verschil maken voor onze klanten. Het team werkt samen met interne juristen en inhoudelijke specialisten binnen Wonen & Leven, maar ook met externe partijen zoals gemeenten, landmeters, advocaten en juristen van wederpartijen. Wat ga je doen? - Je biedt juridische hulp aan klanten bij vraagstukken en conflicten op het gebied van burenrecht. - Je voert regie over jouw dossiers van intake tot oplossing, waarbij de-escalatie en duurzame oplossingen centraal staan. - Je beoordeelt of een zaak onder de dekking van de rechtsbijstandverzekering valt. - Je stelt voor klanten zelfstandig een helder plan van aanpak op en legt hun juridische positie begrijpelijk uit. - Je onderhoudt contact met wederpartijen en zet actief in op het verminderen van spanningen tussen betrokkenen. - Je werkt sam...
