Werken bij ARAG Jurist Algemeen verbintenissenrecht Ben jij een ervaren jurist verbintenissenrecht die zich wil verdiepen in complexe juridische vraagstukken, zonder de druk van omzet- of declarabele uren? Dit ga je doen als Jurist Algemeen verbintenissenrecht bij ARAG Je behandelt een uitdagende en afwisselende caseload binnen het algemeen verbintenissenrecht. Van aansprakelijkheidskwesties tot complexe contractuele geschillen: jij bent verantwoordelijk voor een juridisch sterk en praktisch toepasbaar advies. Waar nodig vertegenwoordig je cliënten zelfstandig in procedures. Je maakt het verschil op momenten die er voor klanten écht toe doen. Met jouw expertise, scherpe analyse en pragmatische aanpak help je cliënten verder in vaak complexe situaties. Daarbij staat niet het commerciële belang centraal, maar het vinden van de best mogelijke juridische oplossing. Als ervaren jurist ben je bovendien een belangrijke vakinhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega's. Je deelt actief kennis, coacht minder ervaren juristen in hun ontwikkeling en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de sectie verbintenissenrecht. Zo heb je niet alleen impact op je eigen dossiers, maar ook op de kwaliteit van de juridische dienstverlening als geheel. Je komt terecht in een team van ervaren juristen dat houdt van inhoudelijke discussie, kennisdeling en vakmanschap.
