Ze vragen om een jurist die feiten scherp analyseert, belangen kan wegen en weet wanneer juridische actie nodig is. Als Jurist Handhaving bij Milieudienst Rijnmond werk je aan dossiers die direct raken aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de leefomgeving. Je adviseert over handhavingsvraagstukken, stelt juridische stukken op en zorgt dat besluiten inhoudelijk én juridisch stevig staan. Een mooie volgende stap als je al ervaring hebt binnen het bestuursrecht of fysieke domein en toe bent aan meer inhoudelijke complexiteit. Over de rol (Jouw werk) Als Jurist Handhaving krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers en werk je nauw samen met toezichthouders, vergunningverleners en andere specialisten. -Je behandelt complexe juridische handhavingsdossiers van analyse tot besluitvorming. -Je adviseert over bestuursrechtelijke handhavingsvraagstukken en bepaalt samen met collega's welke juridische aanpak passend is. -Je stelt onder andere handhavingsbesluiten, voornemens en juridische adviezen op. -Je beoordeelt zienswijzen, bezwaren en andere juridische stukken binnen jouw dossiers. -Je vertaalt bevindingen van toezichthouders naar juridisch houdbare vervolgstappen. -Je bewaakt termijnen, juridische kwaliteit en voortgang en houdt daarbij oog voor de verschillende belangen die spelen. Wat jij meebrengt Je hebt al een stevige juridische basis en kunt zelfstandig dossiers oppakken. Tegelijkertijd hoef je nog niet alles gezien te hebben: deze functie biedt juist ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in complexere handhavingszaken. -Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten. -Relevante werkervaring als jurist binnen handhaving, bestuursrecht, VTH of een vergelijkbare...
