Adviseer opdrachtgevers, werk multidisciplinair en krijg de vrijheid om je expertise verder te ontwikkelen. We reageren meestal binnen drie dagen Werk aan juridische vraagstukken die direct raken aan de fysieke leefomgeving Een gebiedsontwikkeling waarvoor het omgevingsplan moet worden gewijzigd. Een initiatief waarbij de vraag is of een BOPA de juiste route is. Een vergunningenvraagstuk waarin verschillende belangen samenkomen. Of een nieuwe uitspraak die gevolgen heeft voor lopende projecten. Als Jurist Omgevingsrecht bij Rho Adviseurs in Rotterdam werk je aan dit soort vraagstukken voor gemeenten, ontwikkelaars en andere publieke en private opdrachtgevers. Vaak schuif je al vroeg in een project aan. Bijvoorbeeld als nog bepaald moet worden welke procedure het meest geschikt is, welke juridische risico's eerst moeten worden uitgezocht of hoe een ontwikkeling juridisch goed kan worden onderbouwd. Je adviseert daarover niet alleen de opdrachtgever. Ook collega's uit andere vakgebieden weten je te vinden voor de juridische kant van een project. Je werkt aan projecten binnen onder meer gebiedsontwikkeling, ruimtelijke ordening en de bredere fysieke leefomgeving. De juridische vragen verschillen per project en per opdrachtgever. Zo kun je werken aan een wijziging van het omgevingsplan, adviseren over een BOPA of planregels beoordelen. Je onderzoekt vergunningenvraagstukken, stelt juridische adviezen en memo's op en begeleidt procedures rond zienswijzen, bezwaar en beroep. Ook het volgen van jurisprudentie hoort bij je werk. Een relevante uitspraak kan gevolgen hebben voor meerdere projecten. Je analyseert wat er precies is bepaald, bespreekt dit met andere juristen en vertaalt het waar nodig naar de praktijk van onze projecten. - wijzigingen van het omgevingsplan en andere juri...
