Als Jurist Vergunningverlening & Handhaving houd je je bezig met zowel vergunningverlening als handhaving. Je behandelt zelfstandig juridische dossiers en bent tegelijkertijd een belangrijke sparringpartner voor collega's, management en bestuur. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Je behandelt handhavingsverzoeken en stelt handhavingsbesluiten en aanschrijvingen op, waaronder herstelsancties; - Je behandelt zienswijzen, bezwaar- en beroepschriften binnen vergunningverlenings- en handhavingsprocedures; - Je adviseert plantoetsers, toezichthouders, management en bestuur over juridische vraagstukken; - Je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente bij de commissie bezwaarschriften, de rechtbank en de Raad van State; - Je draagt bij aan de juridische kwaliteit binnen het team en denkt mee over het VTH-uitvoeringsbeleid en aanverwant beleid; - Je werkt nauw samen met de andere juristen en springt waar nodig bij op dossiers binnen vergunningverlening en handhaving. Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om zelf regie te voeren over jouw dossiers: van het eerste juridische vraagstuk tot een zorgvuldig onderbouwd besluit of de afronding van een procedure. Waar ben je goed in? Je bent een jurist die niet automatisch begint met het wetboek, maar eerst kijkt wat er speelt en welke oplossing mogelijk is. Je kunt verschillende belangen goed wegen en probeert vraagstukken waar mogelijk in goed overleg op te lossen. Is een juridische procedure noodzakelijk? Dan weet je wat er moet gebeuren en houd je stevig de regie. Je voelt politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen goed aan en kunt complexe juridische materie helder uitleggen aan collega's, inwoners, ondernemers en bestuurders. Daarbij werk je zorgv...
