Niet in de praktijk. Als Medior Jurist Woo bij Team EIFFEL krijg je te maken met complexe dossiers, politieke gevoeligheden en belangen die alle kanten op bewegen. Hoe jij daarin groeit als specialist in openbaarheid of als brede bestuursrechtjurist bepaal je zelf. Bij ons kies je jouw richting, niet andersom. Dit ga je doen Je werkt aan Woo verzoeken die ertoe doen: omvangrijk, bestuurlijk gevoelig en vaak in de politieke schijnwerpers. Je staat er niet alleen voor, je maakt deel uit van een dedicated Woo-team waarin kennisdeling centraal staat. Concreet betekent dat: - Behandelen van complexe en bestuurlijk gevoelige Woo-verzoeken;

- Analyseren van omvangrijke dossiers en afwegen van uiteenlopende belangen;

- Werken binnen strakke wettelijke termijnen aan verzoeken met media? en politieke aandacht;

- Toepassen van de Woo en relevante weigeringsgronden in complexe casuïstiek;

- Leren van ervaren collega’s binnen het Woo-team en bijdragen aan kennisopbouw;

- Opbouwen van inhoudelijke expertise in openbaarheid van bestuur en bestuursrecht.

En afhankelijk van jouw ambities kun je je ontwikkelen richting strategische specialist, of juist verbreden naar bestuursrechtelijke adviesrollen.

Je bent fit for the job als je...Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en bent niet bang voor dossiers met politieke gevoeligheid. Je ziet transparantie als een essentieel onderdeel van goed bestuur en als juridisch vakgebied waarin veel te leren valt. Harde vereisten - Een afgeronde hbo- of universitaire masteropleiding in Rechten;

- 2–5 jaar werkervaring als jurist, bij voorkeur binnen het bestuursrecht;

- Kennis van of affiniteit met de Wet open overheid; ervaring met politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelige dossiers is een pré.

- Je hebt gevoel voor politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen;
