der besonderen Art verspüren: Sie werden sich bei uns wohlfühlen. 1 Küchenchef_in(m/w/d) Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Koch/Köchin, sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Küche

* Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Küchenbrigade oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der Wiener Küche sowie Interesse an saisonalen und zeitgemäßen Speisenkonzepten

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein

* Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Führungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter_innen zu motivieren und anzuleiten

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein hinsichtlich Warenwirtschaft, Lagerhaltung und Bestellwesen

* Kenntnisse der geltenden Hygienevorschriften und deren konsequente Umsetzung gemäß HACCP

Tätigkeiten

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf der Küchenprozesse

* Planung, Zubereitung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Speisen unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätsstandards

* Führung, Koordination und fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Speisenangeboten unter Berücksichtigung saisonaler Produkte

* Kontrolle des Warenbestands sowie Durchführung von Bestellungen und Inventuren

* Überwachung des wirtschaftlichen Wareneinsatzes und Vermeidung von Lebensmittelverschwendung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Restaurantleitung und dem Servicepersonal

Anforderungsprofil

* Erforderlich sind Deutschkenntnisse auf B2- bis C1-Niveau gemäß dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen (GER)

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenendienste(Flexibilität für Einsätze am Wochenende)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen

* Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamorientierung

ENTLOHNUNG:

* über Kollektivvertrag ab netto € 2600,-

* je nach Erfahrung/Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
