AUFGABEN

Ihr neuer JOB - mit Geschmack und Verantwortung:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Küchenbereich unseres Veranstaltungshauses

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams

* Menüplanung, Rezeptentwicklung und laufende Weiterentwicklung unseres

kulinarischen Angebots

* Organisation und Zubereitung hochwertiger Buffets, Galamenüs und À-la-carte-

Gerichte

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufs bei Veranstaltungen jeder

Größenordnung

* Verantwortung für Einkauf, Warenwirtschaft, Lagerhaltung und Inventuren

* Kontrolle und Optimierung von Wareneinsatz sowie wirtschaftlichem

Ressourceneinsatz

* Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards sowie Einhaltung aller Hygiene und

HACCP-Richtlinien

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Veranstaltungsleitung und Service für eine

perfekte Umsetzung unserer Veranstaltungen

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL

IDEALERWEISE bringen Sie Folgendes mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erfahrung im Catering-, Bankett- oder Veranstaltungsbereich von Vorteil

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige Küche sowie Kreativität bei der Entwicklung

neuer Gerichte und Menüs

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie wirtschaftliches Denken

* Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein - auch in

herausfordernden Veranstaltungssituationen

* Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Führung und

Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden

* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, insbesondere bei Abend- und

Wochenendveranstaltungen in der Saison (von Okt.-ca. März)
