Als Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Küchengehilf(e)in

AUFGABEN:

* Vorbereitungsarbeiten (Mise en place): Gemüse und Obst waschen, schälen, schneiden; einfache Zubereitungen nach Anweisung

* Unterstützung beim Frühstücksbuffet, Nachfüllen und Abräumen

* Unterstützung beim Anrichten der Teller

* Warenannahme, Waren einräumen

* Reinigung von Arbeitsflächen, Geräten, Kühlräumen und Böden nach Reinigungsplan

* Mülltrennung und korrekte Entsorgung

Abwasch: Bedienung der Spülmaschine, Spülen von Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck, Töpfen und Küchengeräten

* Sauberes Geschirr sortieren und an die vorgesehenen Plätze zurückstellen

* Reinigung und Pflege der Spülmaschine und des Abwaschbereichs am Schichtende

* Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien und Hygienevorschriften

* Ordnung und Sauberkeit im gesamten Arbeitsbereich

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit

* Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Saubere und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch zur Verständigung und Kommunikation

* Sauberkeit und Hygienebewusstsein

* Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 15 bis 20 Wochenstunden

* 3 bis 5 Tage/Woche nach Vereinbarung möglich

* Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache, zwischen 08:30 Uhr bis 12:30 Uhr sowie 17:30 Uhr bis 21:30 Uhr gestaltbar
