Deine Aufgaben:

* Kulinarische Leitung: Du führst das Küchenteam und sorgst für die Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen.

* Hygiene & Qualität: Du achtest auf die Einhaltung aller Hygienevorgaben und Qualitätsstandards.

* Küchentechnik & Vorräte: Du behältst Geräte, Lagerbestände und Waren im Blick.

* Menügestaltung: Du wirkst bei abwechslungsreichen und saisonalen Menüs mit.

* Bestellwesen: Du übernimmst die Planung und Bestellung von Lebensmitteln und Materialien.

* Ordnung & Struktur: Du sorgst für einen sauberen, organisierten und effizienten Arbeitsbereich.

Das bringst du mit:

* Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch/Köchin oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

* Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Gemeinschaftsverpflegung mit.

* Küchenpraxis: Du packst auch operativ mit an und stellst Qualität, Geschmack und Standards sicher.

* Führung: Du kannst ein Küchenteam strukturieren, motivieren und verlässlich führen.

* Organisation: Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und wirtschaftlich.

* Deutschkenntnisse: Du verfügst über die für die Tätigkeit erforderlichen Deutschkenntnisse.

* Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 06:00 bis 14:30 Uhr.

* Freizeit: Keine Wochenend-, Feiertags- oder Abenddienste.

* Entgelt: €3000 brutto pro Monat mit möglicher Überzahlung.

* Verpflegung: Deine Mittagsverpflegung erhältst du direkt vor Ort.

* Dienstkleidung: Deine Arbeitskleidung wird dir zur Verfügung gestellt.
