Omschrijving Als KAM Adviseur ga je actief aan de slag om het KAM-beleid binnen deze organisatie te ontwikkelen, te implementeren en continu te verbeteren. Je brengt structuur aan in processen, verantwoordelijkheden en werkmethodes, zodat kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieu nog steviger worden verankerd in de dagelijkse praktijk. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle KAM-gerelateerde vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat deze thema's zichtbaar worden binnen de organisatie. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het coördineren van de RI&E, het opvolgen van verbeteracties en het verzorgen van trainingen, toolboxen en heldere communicatie naar medewerkers. Je begeleidt audits, bent verantwoordelijk voor de BHV-organisatie en ontruimingsplannen, en ondersteunt preventiemedewerkers. Daarnaast vertaal je signalen en behoeften vanaf de werkvloer naar concrete verbeteringen en adviseer je management, directie en collega's op het gebied van KAM.
