Functieomschrijving Als KAM Coördinator bij Van Leeuwen GWW ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, borgen en verder ontwikkelen van het KAM-beleid binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt hierin veel zelfstandigheid en wordt eigenaar van de verschillende certificeringen en managementsystemen, waaronder BRL 7000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) en de CO₂-Prestatieladder. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is het vertalen van deze normen en certificeringen naar praktische en werkbare processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie op orde is, begeleidt audits, bewaakt verbeteracties en zorgt dat wijzigingen in normen, wetgeving en eisen goed binnen de organisatie worden doorgevoerd. Een belangrijke uitdaging ligt bij BRL 7000. Van Leeuwen GWW is hiervoor al gecertificeerd, maar wil hierin de volgende stappen zetten. Aan jou de taak om de bestaande werkwijze verder te professionaliseren, beter te borgen en ervoor te zorgen dat de eisen vanuit BRL 7000 steeds meer onderdeel worden van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Niet alleen zorgen dat alles voor een audit op orde is, maar vooral dat de processen ook in de praktijk goed en structureel worden toegepast. Verantwoordelijkheden - Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van het KAM-beleid; - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor BRL 7000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, SCL en de CO₂-Prestatieladder; - Verder professionaliseren en borgen van BRL 7000 binnen de organisatie; - Vertalen van normen en certificeringen naar praktische werkprocessen en procedures; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits; - Bewaken en opvolgen van afwijkingen en verbeteracties; - Signaleren en implementeren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en normen.
