Het bouwbedrijf is een warm familiebedrijf waar de lijntjes kort zijn en er veel ruimte is voor eigen inbreng. Staat veiligheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel bij jou? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Functieomschrijving Als KAM coördinator ga je aan de gang met het opzetten, beheersen en verbeteren van het KAM beleid. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende werkmaatschappijen zich houden aan het opgestelde veiligheidsbeleid en de opgestelde doelstellingen. Jouw belangrijkste taken als KAM coördinator zijn: - Beantwoorden van alle vragen omtrent veiligheid; - Correcte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van de vakinhoudelijke taken; - Signaleren en ingrijpen bij onveiligheid en de directie/ management hierover informeren. Functie-eisen Als KAM coördinator voldoe je aan de volgende eisen: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Bouwkunde; - Enkele jaren werkervaring als KAM coördinator in de bouw is een pré; - Organiseren en coördineren gaat je gemakkelijk af; - Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent oplossingsgericht.
