Als KAM-Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieu continu onder de aandacht blijven binnen onze projecten en organisatie. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, adviseert collega's en helpt om processen en prestaties verder te verbeteren. Zo draag je direct bij aan het succes van onze projecten én aan de veiligheid van onze medewerkers. Klaar om samen met ons KAM iedere dag een stukje beter te maken? WAT GA JIJ DOEN? Als KAM-Coördinator ondersteun en adviseer je Mourik op het gebied van Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu (KAM). Je werkt nauw samen met het management, je collega's van de afdeling KAM & Veiligheid, projectteams en medewerkers op onze projectlocaties. Vanuit jouw expertise help je de organisatie om KAM-prestaties continu te verbeteren en te voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, certificeringseisen en interne procedures. Hierbij kun je denken aan de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je onderhoudt en verbetert het KAM-managementsysteem. - Je adviseert management, leidinggevenden en projectteams over KAM-vraagstukken. - Je vertaalt eisen uit wet- en regelgeving, normen en certificeringen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. - Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor, voert deze uit en begeleidt ze. - Je analyseert auditbevindingen en zorgt ervoor dat verbetermaatregelen worden opgepakt en bewaakt. - Je registreert en analyseert incidenten, afwijkingen, klachten en verbeterpunten. - Je stelt KAM-rapportages en performance dashboards op en houdt deze actueel. - Je draagt bij aan werkzaamheden rondom duurzaamheid en de CO₂-Prestatieladder. - Je stimuleert het kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn binnen de organisatie. - Je signaleert ontwikkelingen, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden en bewaakt de opvolging van acties.
