Wij zijn daarom per 1 december 2026 op zoek naar een kandidaat, die onze raad van toezicht komt versterken. Aandachtsgebieden De raad van toezicht werkt met aandachtsgebieden. Op die manier kunnen de toezichtstaken binnen het fonds gezamenlijk worden uitgeoefend. Om dit te waarborgen, zoeken we een kandidaat met kennis van de volgende aandachtsgebieden: - Vermogensbeheer en beleggingen; - Asset en liability management; - Financieel-technische en actuariële aspecten; - ICT; - Wet toekomst pensioenen. Dit doet de raad van toezicht De raad van toezicht houdt toezicht op het pensioenfonds en het bestuur. Daarnaast ziet zij toe op goede risicobeheersing en evenwichtige belangenafweging door het bestuur. De raad van toezicht legt verantwoording af over de uitvoering van de taken en de uitoefening van de bevoegdheden aan het verantwoordingsorgaan en in het jaarverslag. De tijdsbesteding bedraagt gemiddeld een halve dag in de week (de voltijd equivalent score voor deze functie is 0,1). Vergoeding De raad van toezicht ontvangt een vergoeding voor de werkzaamheden. De vergoeding voor de leden van de raad van toezicht is vastgelegd in het beloningsbeleid van het pensioenfonds en bedraagt een vast bedrag per jaar. Meld je aan Interesse?
