Door de toenemende vraag en aansluiting met Andersen Global, is er een juridische afdeling opgezet met Advocaten. Middels deze weg wil Taxture een volledige dienstverlening aan kunnen bieden voor al hun multinational en grote klanten met een internationaal DNA. Dit is van het advies tot de daadwerkelijke implementatie hiervan, met bijbehorende juridische gevolgen. Om het notariële team verder uit te bouwen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Kandidaat Notaris Corporate law of M&A, met 4 tot 6 jaar werkervaring. Wil jij je kennis en ervaring van de grote internationale kantoren inzetten om onze internationale klanten verder te helpen? Volg jij de ontwikkelingen in jouw vakgebied op de voet? Dan ben jij de Kandidaat Notaris die Taxture zoekt! In deze veelzijdige rol van Kandidaat Notaris Corporate law en/of M&A vervul je een belangrijke functie binnen de organisatie. Zo sluit je aan bij board meetings waarbij je strategisch advies geeft en betrokken bent bij de besluitvorming van het management, daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juridisch documentatie en/of juridische advisering bij fusies & overnames. Ook houd je je bezig met het opstellen en adviseren bij joint venture agreements. Verder bestaat je rol uit alle verschillende onderdelen op het gebied van ondernemingsrecht.
