Je houdt je onder meer bezig met de persoonlijke regelingen van cliënten, zoals (levens)testamenten en huwelijksvoorwaarden. Ook adviseer je cliënten bijvoorbeeld over hoe hun vermogen zo goed mogelijk binnen de familie beheerd kan worden en kan overgaan op de volgende generatie(s). Doorgaans behandel je in teamverband een vraag van cliënt. Je werkt daardoor nauw samen met collega (kandidaat-)notarissen, maar ook met bijvoorbeeld belastingadviseurs binnen het kantoor en met externe adviseurs. Gezamenlijk werken jullie toe naar een advies voor een cliënt waarin alle relevante aspecten met elkaar verbonden zijn. Het team van Arcagna bestaat uit belastingadviseurs, advocaten en (kandidaat-)notarissen.
