Je houdt je onder meer bezig met de opzet en het beheer van de (vennootschapsrechtelijke) houdsterstructuur van cliënten. Ook adviseer je over de vormgeving van de governance binnen de houdsterstructuur en begeleid je de juridische opzet van investeringen van cliënten. Doorgaans behandel je in teamverband een vraag van cliënt. Je werkt daardoor nauw samen met collega (kandidaat-)notarissen, maar ook met bijvoorbeeld belastingadviseurs binnen het kantoor en met externe adviseurs. Gezamenlijk werken jullie toe naar een advies voor een cliënt waarin alle relevante aspecten met elkaar verbonden zijn.
