Binnen deze vastgoedpraktijk werk je aan uiteenlopende dossiers, van particuliere transacties tot meer complexe commerciële vraagstukken - in een team waar de lijnen kort zijn en de sfeer persoonlijk is. Een plek waar je niet één van velen bent, maar waar jouw bijdrage direct zichtbaar is. Dit ga je doen Als Kandidaat-notaris Vastgoed ben je van A tot Z betrokken bij dossiers en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen de praktijk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Zelfstandig behandelen van vastgoeddossiers - Opstellen en beoordelen van notariële akten en juridische stukken - Begeleiden van zowel commerciële als particuliere vastgoedtransacties - Onderhouden van contact met cliënten en andere betrokken partijen - Meedenken over juridische en praktische vraagstukken binnen dossiers - Je krijgt hierbij veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de praktijk. Wie ben jij - Waarnemingsbevoegd Kandidaat-notaris - minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de vastgoedpraktijk - Kennis van (fiscaal) vastgoed is een pré - Proactief, inhoudelijk sterk en oplossingsgericht - Communicatief vaardig en prettig in de samenwerking Wat kun je verwachten - Salarisindicatie vanaf €5.000 bruto o.b.v. fulltime, afhankelijk van ervaring - Winstdelingsregeling - 25 vakantiedagen & vakantiegeld - Pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding - Goed bereikbaar kantoor, direct bij het station (ideaal met het OV) - Werken in een boutique setting met korte lijnen en veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid - Open deur beleid en een toegankelijke werksfeer - Directe samenwerking met ervaren notarissen en kandidaat-notarissen Over het kantoor Je komt te werken bij een modern notariskantoor in het centrum van Delft, dire...
